This place is an absolute scam.I won $800; requested a withdrawl..They requested a bank statement, proof of address, account number, swift code, and my dl..
I uploaded all the requested documents, 9 days passed, not a word from them..no updates..nothing..
I contacted them thru chat, and was told that they could not process the transfer, to my federal credit union.I then cancelled the withdrawl request.Then resent it, with all of the documents, and banking information for my Wells Fargo Account..It has been 7 days, and still no updates, not 1 word from them..I attempted to contact them again thru their chat option..What’s funny is: their AI wants you to type in your question, before they can assign you to a representative..I typed in my withdrawl request..question..Waited for a CSR, no one ever came online..after 15 minutes, I exited chat..Then reopened it, and chose the option..deposit help..an agent came online…immediately..with a cheerful, “ it would be my absolute please to assist you”..I responded with my withdrawl request question..and right then, the agent claimed that they were going to transfer me, and never responded again..This is ridiculous, and has all of the hallmarks, of fraud..This site is a complete scam..do not deposit your money here..There are legitimate sites, that pays out immediately, and do not defraud you, then ignore your inquiries..Try Lonestar, Cafe Casino, Slot and Casinos…but do not play on any Inclave Sites..ALL SCAM SITES..

Customer service later mentioned it might extend to 7 days or more. This online casino is awful. I suggest finding another platform. Their customer support is the worst I've encountered. Their claims of quick payouts are misleading. It took an eternity to get my payout. Their complicated terms and conditions are designed to frustrate players into giving up. I had to fight for over a month to finally receive my payment. Very unreliable.
