I haven't played much yet but after reading the comments, I saw that they do cash out. They have issues like with any other business. Threaten to put a bad review if they didn't pay and you still did after they paid, so that says it all. So I'm giving 5 stars just to offset the bad reviews done by others and if I have any issues I'll update that here. Slots Garden, I'm truly sorry you have this review and hope mine makes it a bit better. I see you do pay so that's all that matters! Every company has some issues. Try any company out and see for yourself whether you like them and just remember, all companies can have issues like this and you have language barriers sometimes. So take all that into consideration before threatening or putting one/two stars
