I bought a heated throw from Slumberdown in January. Straightaway, I found that the controls were faulty so I messaged them via the chat on their website and also by e-mail. Both resulted in an automated messages saying that they were too busy to reply at the moment but I was to follow their returns process i.e return the product. The returns process on the website is useless. There is no address to return a product to or form to accompany it. Eventually I received an automated e-mail from John Cotton Ltd telling me to give them the invoice number (I had already done this in my messages). In the end I sent the throw to an address I found on the internet, enclosed a copy of the invoice and messaged them. Since then, I have heard NOTHING. This was three weeks ago. Now, I've given up and accepted that I won't see the money I paid them ever again.
