I purchased a dog bed from Slumberdown via AMAZON. when the parcel arrived there were pillows inside and no sign of a dog bed. I telephoned Amazon but I found them very unhelpful - I was told that I had to send the pillows back before they could re-send the correct item or refund. I asked if I would have the pillows collected and was told the supplier does not provide that service. She offered to send me a postage return label - when downloaded and printed I noticed I was being asked to pay the postage - which did not sit well with me.
On the return label was the supplier for Slumberdown [John Cotton] - I Googled their number a telephoned. I spoke to a very helpful customer service agent named Suzy. Suzy went above and beyond to help me. I was sent a link to Evri and arranged a collection for the next day. I didn't even need to go outside when Evri arrived - I left it in our parcel box and they collected it (I received an immediate notification to confirm collection).
The new dog bed arrived next day as Suzy kindly sent it out once she knew Evri had collected the pillows.
In summary - I was impressed with the high level of customer service provided by Slumberdown/ John Cotton and it is a shame Amazon could not have done all of this for me - as it was them I purchased the dog bed from. 10/10 - thank you Suzy..!!
