Order never received! Emailed customer service twice and got the.same generic reply back eventually from a Sarah who has two different email addresses in Germany. Item shipped from China with tracking that stops after February 10th. I just keep being told to see their shipping policy (it's past 4-12 days for delivery in the US).This is definitely a scam and I now have to fight it as fraud.
