The pictures that they show of the Paw Patrol tower are incorrect. Once received I knew that I had made a mistake by using this company. The product cost £75.00 but was probably worth £25 because of the poor quality. I had to send it back to China at my own expense to get any sort of refund.
Nowhere in the ordering process was it mentioned that the product ships directly from overseas. There was a delay in delivery, and the offered discount felt presumptuous since I hadn't even received my order yet. When it arrived, the same discount was included, so it hardly felt like an apology. The pillow is tiny and not suitable for toddlers at all; it's a complete waste of money! I spent £28, only to find the same item for £9 elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!
