I have been their customer for last few years. Absolutely love Slurp products. Niacid, decalt, cleansing gel are my favorite. Their customer service is just incredible, always very responsive and professional. Recently I had an issue ordering holiday set. Shipping team somehow missed shipping the package. Customer service was extremely helpful through the process, I also received additional discount for this inconvenience! I received my package today! So happy with the support I received from them.
