I have been their customer for last few years. Absolutely love Slurp products. Niacid, decalt, cleansing gel are my favorite. Their customer service is just incredible, always very responsive and professional. Recently I had an issue ordering holiday set. Shipping team somehow missed shipping the package. Customer service was extremely helpful through the process, I also received additional discount for this inconvenience! I received my package today! So happy with the support I received from them. Their products are awesome too. Highly recommend this company!
I’ve placed two or three large orders with Slurp over the past two years, and every single one arrived without any issues. In my experience, this is a reliable company—not a scam. They provide clear contact details and a physical address on their website, which speaks to their legitimacy. The products I’ve received have been of good quality and I’ve noticed real benefits from using them. If others have had problems, I can only say that hasn’t been the case for me.
Customer service was top notch! Royal mail left my order in the recyling bin without permission, and so my hydromer order never reached me. I emailed Slurp and they got back to me within the hour to dispatch a new item for free. Their emails were written with care and accuracy and I felt really heard. Thank you!
Zero communication, terrible customer service. Demanded pictures of personal ID and credit card over email, or they will forcefully cancel my order.When asked if there is any other way, they simply canceled the order without any room for communication. Terrible company & customer service. DO NOT RECOOMEND for ANY customers outside of Korea.
I have purchased Hydromer, hyaluid, and niacid before, more than once. Original international shipping took forever, it is much better now that they ship stateside. The products were nice as well. They all leave a nice glass finish. I have never had to deal with customer service, so I cannot speak to that, but everything else has been great.
I hope this company Will create More quality product. My deep scars has been looking better and shallowed just after 2 bottles of Niacid. I hope they Will create More of what I Need . Like whitening stuff for certain areas , etc. But I can say, The result is sure. You just have to be patient. Their Customer services is just WOW! they really attend to every question you have and give you full attention and Not copy paste replies. Hands down.
I use the hyaluid and absolutely love it. It does take a few weeks to come but in my opinion it’s worth the weight because the quality of the hyaluronic acid is a lot better than what you can get at a drug store. It absorbs quickly and you can see visible results in a couple weeks - fine lines are reduced, forehead wrinkles are less noticeable and it leaves skin super soft. It also makes my makeup look better than using without. I’m on my second bottle and will continue to purchase it.
I’m writing a review because I loved my product so much that I googled it to order more, only to discover this site with horrible reviews! Weird. I ordered Slurp Niacid drops & Hydromer & got my order surprisingly within a few days (I live in CA). I use the Niacid under the hydrometer, then dab makeup. It’s only been 4 days and my recent acne problem area (my jaw and chin) has reduced and the pores on my nose have decreased. My skin looks amazingly smooth & it holds my makeup very well (I use Il makiage). I’m 39 years old. Anyway I’m so amazed to have these results, exactly what was advertised. So, I’m definitely going to reorder both!
Never received the product after over 2 months, even though I was charged right away. The company was silent after I asked for clarifications multiple times and didn't acknowledge my request of reimbursement. They stole my money, don't fall for it. Horrible experience.
