Ok, first of all I am a genuine person and I absolutely loved both their products since they simply WORK. So to go as far as to say that their reviews are fake is outrageous. Their customer service is beyond good, what's more.. if you are unsatisfied, simply as for a refund? The reviews I read here are not the mass...
