Great customer service as I was given three options.Therefore, don't post reviews just because it didn't go well for you. A lot of people base whether the product is worth buying or not on reviews. Some trash reviews here. Yeah you didn't receive your product but weren't you offered a refund for the inconvenience? Besides, we're in the middle of a pandemic. DUH.Email sent by Slurp:Hi Steph,Hope that your family is safe and well out there!While we can ship to more countries now per usual, sadly, the UK is among the countries that are still not accepting non-commercial aircraft that we use for standard shipping. Unfortunately, it might take 3 months or longer before restrictions are lifted, depending on your country. While we hope for the best that shipping will resume earlier, it is hard to tell at this point. Because we don't have any estimates as to when the restrictions will be lifted in your country, here are some options for you:1. Switching to DHL -- this means faster (5-8 working days) but costlier ($20.01USD) thus we'll gladly shoulder 50% of the shipping cost for you. Let us know if you'd like to proceed and we'll make the transition smooth for you.2. Cancel and refund (but we do hope that you give us a chance to dispatch your order)3. Await until standard shipping resumes.
