I have always had good experience with Smallable (both online and in store), but after my last order I couldn’t be more unsatisfied. One of the items came in completely broken. I tried contacting customer service several times, but when calling, the phone is hung up as soon as I come through. I also send messages with pictures of the broken wall shelve included (on March 31 and April 10), but I never received an answer.
