I figured it might arrive late for the baby shower. However, weeks later, I learned it had arrived but that I owed an extra $102.66 in shipping and customs fees. To avoid losing my initial payment, I had no choice but to pay this unexpected amount. I was taken aback as there was no prior indication of these additional costs. This feels like misleading advertising, as I was not informed about the total expenses upfront. I regret to say that I will not be ordering from this company again. I typically have a positive outlook and appreciate good service, but this situation was unfair. I believe the unexpected charges should be covered by the company.
