Order No.SK382688It has now been 24hrs since I last got an email about my undelivered order. After my initial complaint about my missing order I received an email at 09:30am on the 20/12/25 about how the item i orderes is out of stock. I emailed not even 10mins later I responsed about getting the green rhino instead of the sold out dusty blue. Its now 24hrs later. No response. No confirmation. Nothing about how the order is proceeding.As of 22/12/25 09:42am it has been 4 days since I first raised a concern about my order via their customer service email and 2 days since smalls kins stopped contacting me.
