My mum ordered a small market and cafe along with 15 accessories for my grandchild, which was opened on Christmas day with much excitement. However, when we tried to assemble it, we found incorrect parts in the box, making it impossible to build. This caused great disappointment for my grandchild, as it was their main gift. We have contacted the support team three times via email but have not received any response. The absence of a phone number adds to the frustration of not getting replies. The service has been quite unsatisfactory. If I choose to return the item, I will have to pay for postage, which is expensive for a large item. Please, the company, reach out!
