I have used this company for just over a year and have never had reason to complain.My latest box of Orchard Hay was definitely not the standard I would expect.After emailing them with my concerns and sending some images the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently.A replacement box was issued and concern and advice expressed for my guinea pigs.
I ordered a box of 2nd Cut Timothy Hay for my two precious bunnies, Woodstock and Mockingjay. I’ve had other brands that they really didn’t care for. I received my box and was blown away with the quality and freshness of the hay. It was green and soft and smelled good.I gave the bunnies some and they ate it up. It’s the only brand I will order. Their customer service was exceptional. I had an issue not related to them and they tried to rectify it. Order this hay, from this company and you will not be disappointed and your littles will thank you.
Here at Sians Guinea pig rescue we love all the products from the bedding to the lovely green hay. The residents here love the treats especially the pea flakes they are a must have favourite. The delivery is very quick normally next day. Big thanks to James for all his help and support

It is one of those companies that I had no worries about raising the issue as I knew it would be sorted out quickly and effectively.
I have get some bedding shavings for my first ever hamster, I have received lots of free samples, it is very kind :) It arrived in 48 hours! My shipping was missing an item, but they have shipped it immediately when i told them. I am very happy with the products and service!
