I have used this company for just over a year and have never had reason to complain.My latest box of Orchard Hay was definitely not the standard I would expect.After emailing them with my concerns and sending some images the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently.A replacement box was issued and concern and advice expressed for my guinea pigs.
