My cat found the food to be inedible, and when I tried to cancel the subscription, they said the food had already been sent and could not be refunded. Now I'm stuck with $112 of food my cat won't eat. Customer service was unhelpful to the point of being obnoxious. I would not recommend ordering food here. the food is expensive, they know many cats will not eat it, and they will not help you in the event of any mistake.
