I had a friend with a cat that was a similar age to mine, ANCIENT. And she kept saying that she got the best food for her. So I tried it and now I have the happiest oldest cat ever. She meows constantly and has stopped throwing up everywhere. Her coat is shiny and she even seems less stiff for her ripe age of 20+.
My kitties LOVE Smalls!!! We made the switch about a year ago and I’ve noticed such a difference in their coat quality and overall health. One of my boys is asthmatic and I’m so grateful I’ve found a food I trust that keeps him feeling and looking his best!
Our cats coats have been amazing! They absolutely love the food and the treats. The food comes on dry ice and 1 pack equally feeds both of my cats. They particularly love the freeze dried kibble. They have more energy and their weight has been perfect. The vets have said their health is perfect. They poop less because there is less garbage in their diet. We have been using the food for almost 4 months now and I cant imagine going back to canned wet food.
One of my cats is so fussy. He hates anything new. He’ll go sniff and walk away. I thought switching to Smalls would be difficult especially, because he hates if it doesn’t have gravy in it. I was so amazed both Riley and Patches lick their bowls clean! No waste like before!
My senior cat loves his Smalls food! I could tell after a few days of switching him to it that his energy levels increased, his fur became softer, and he began gaining some weight, which is good, because he was beginning to lose weight beforehand. I love seeing how much he enjoys eating now!
Awful experience with customer support! Be cautious, as this is strictly a subscription service and they make it extremely difficult to cancel. I reached out via email well before the cancellation deadline, before the product was even shipped, and was told I was speaking to a robot, despite contacting their support address directly! I also attempted to cancel through their website but couldn't log in after multiple tries. On top of that, my cat refuses to eat the food. This turned out to be a complete waste of time and money!
The product is securely packaged for shipping and consistently arrives frozen solid during these cooler months. I hope this continues through the warmer weather. I appreciate the convenience of storing, thawing, and serving the individual packets. However, the package size is an issue. My two cats consume about 20% of a package each day; one prefers a specific type while the larger one has a mix of that and canned food. The challenge arises when there's 20% left after two days, as neither cat will eat it after it's been thawed for three days. After each serving, the remainder is kept in the fridge in a sealed container or bag, resulting in 20% waste, which feels costly. The cats prefer certain flavors over others, and I'm still adjusting their diet to accommodate their picky tastes. Any tips for managing their finicky nature would be greatly appreciated. Overall, they seem more energetic, attentive, and playful. Notably, despite being short-haired and typically low-shedding, they're barely shedding during this winter season.
This appears to be structured as a scam operation. They charge you $149 immediately after you place your sample order, and getting a refund is nearly impossible. They respond quickly unless it concerns a refund; in that case, it takes them days to get back to you. Additionally, my pet only liked one flavor, and the packaging is extremely messy, making it difficult to store after using a portion. You end up having to overfeed.
I ordered this food to help improve my cats' health. It was acceptable the first time I tried it. However, after the second delivery, all three of my cats became extremely ill. They were vomiting and not eating for an entire week. I suspect the food was contaminated. I was genuinely worried for their well-being and had to take them to the vet. Because of their condition, I missed Thanksgiving and my reunion. The company refused to issue a refund or cover the vet expenses. I wish I could rate this zero stars. AVOID THIS FOOD.
