As a tourist in the Philippines, I aimed for easy connectivity. I purchased an eSIM online, which never arrived. I then bought one at a store, and was told it would be active within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, I still had no internet. After returning to the store and contacting customer service, I was assured it would be resolved soon. Now, it’s Monday morning, and I’m still without internet. This experience has caused me more stress than relaxation. I'm starting to doubt if this service is suitable for travelers.
