Extremely poor customer service with long wait times

Customer service is incredibly disappointing, with wait times often exceeding an hour while the same customer is still being assisted. I faced the same problem at another location when trying to purchase a sim card.

Terrible customer service experience...

The customer service is dreadful, with extremely long wait times. I waited over an hour while they continued to assist the same customer at one location. I had a similar experience at another store when trying to purchase a sim card.

The worst internet I've ever encountered🤮🤮

This is the worst internet service I've experienced🤮🤮, combined with subpar customer support, slow internet speeds, and unreasonably high load prices.

Customer service unresponsive to my issue...

I contacted customer service stating that I mistakenly requested additional data load, despite having over 55 GB. I did not want to activate the extra 1 GB and asked not to be charged. The support team was completely unhelpful and just wasted my time.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PROVIDER

This SIM is utterly inadequate for tourists. The process to connect to the network is absurd, and the questions asked do not cater to visitors. The security measures seem excessive, especially given the overall state of things in the country. Consider other options.

Stressful experience instead of connectivity – the service let me down during my vacation

As a tourist in the Philippines, I aimed for easy connectivity. I purchased an eSIM online, which never arrived. I then bought one at a store, and was told it would be active within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, I still had no internet. After returning to the store and contacting customer service, I was assured it would be resolved soon. Now, it’s Monday morning, and I’m still without internet. This experience has caused me more stress than relaxation. I'm starting to doubt if this service is suitable for travelers.

Full 5G signal but painfully slow internet...

I have full 5G bars, yet the internet speed is incredibly slow. I hope this gets fixed soon. Subscribing to this network feels like a waste of money.

Hoped for better connectivity but faced worse service...

I subscribed expecting a good connection, but it turned out to be worse. I’m still using my previous provider. When I requested to disconnect, I was told I had to pay for the remaining months. Paying a significant amount for months of unfulfilled service is frustrating.
