booked oven in last week Tuesday,was told prior to booking in that it would take 2-3 working days,have had to phone in repeatedly to try and get feedback and still do not have any feedback, the ladies who answer the phone all say they will call back shortly but never do. I chose smart appliance centre based on the promised lead time. this is now overdue and i still have no idea what's going on.Have now had a call from a lady who had an absolute tantrum about my honest review worst customer service ever absolutely rude with no integrity all because a customer dare ask for feedback. will also be contacting Hisense and informing them about this
