Great process / needs a little heads-up time. Overall, I cannot complain about the process, in detail. It's one of the better loan companies I've dealt with, across the board. The only thing that surprised me was the short turnaround that I needed with signing documents. Fortunately, I was able to fill out the majority of what I needed on my phone, but I almost missed the deadline! Thankfully, everything went through without a hitch, but I'd like a little more heads up when it comes to when documents might be coming my way (i.e. expect some document-signing in a week or two). That way, when I'm planning to be out of town, I can anticipate if I'd need my laptop. Overall, love the system and grateful for the service!
