I purchased a pair of Salvatore Ferragamo SF2851 on Mar 14, 2026 at 10% promo discount. Today, SmartBuy CS emailed me saying having restocking issue despite I see they are still selling the same pair online. They offered me to either cancel my order or give me a 5% discount for in stock items. I got 10% discount when I purchased the frame, and that is what they offered to me for something they sold but not available. If not available, why they still have this pair of frame selling in their website. Is this how they do business ?
