I was clearly told that the refund would take 3-5 working days. After the fifth working day passed without any refund, I reached out to customer service. They suddenly altered their claim, stating it actually takes 3-10 working days. I am still waiting for my money, and despite asking for the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to track the transaction with my bank, they have not provided it. This has been a significant waste of time and money. Proceed with caution.
