I think they sell glasses that have been returned multiple times. What are the chances of not trying on a pair of glasses and assuming you are getting the right fit? I called in customer service and asked if there was any way of knowing if the glasses I purchased were returned, and if so, how many times. She said that they "throw away" the glasses when they are returned. I asked if it was just the lenses and she told me that it was the whole pair of glasses. Highly suspect response. I don't think my glasses are worth $500 plus.
***In addition to the above review, the little booklet in the case that came with the glasses looks old and used. It doesn't look new at all. So they basically gave me a used pair that probably was returned more than once. If that was the case, they should have charged a lot less. I got robbed $500 plus....not worth it. I read the positive reviews and the negative ones, and frankly, the negative reviews are more accurate with my experience and more honest. I am assuming that the positive comments are written by people with low standards. Furthermore, the customer service number starts with "666", so ya, the devil is the father of lies...hell.
