Nowhere was it disclosed on the SmartBuyGlasses US that these were shipping from HONG KONG. This was a time sensitive purchase and I paid for express shipping. I chose them over other sellers for fastest processing + delivery. After shipping -- so I did not have the option to cancel --they emailed me to inform me shipping was downgraded to regular 8-10 business days and who knows what h*ll awaits with import/tariff fees. This seems like something easily proactively addressed by blocking the option for express shipping at checkout and disclosing this in advance. "I wanted to let you know that your package was shipped using a regular delivery service instead of the express option you selected. This adjustment was made to comply with current U.S. tariff regulations that may impact express shipments."
