I purchased a pair of glasses and after paying I got an update that they dont have the product, asking me to contact them about the situation. How can a company enlist a product on their website that they dont have? Let alone let the customer pay for it? Should this type of email not include information about a planned refund? Instead they are asking for the customer to sort out the situation. Quite a concerning and frustrating practice.
I ordered glasses, didn't like how they looked on me, wanted to return them. I PAID FOR THE RETURN LABEL, THE COMPANY RECEIVED THE GLASSES AND REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. THEY STOPPED RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ANYTHING HERE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT, YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK, YOU'LL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING!!!!!

The company confirmed that the item was not received and officially approved a refund. I have written confirmation of this.

I ordered three eyeglasses from the company on January 1. They promised delivery within a maximum of 9 business days, yet it is now nearly the end of January, and I still haven’t received them. The tracking shows they are still in Hong Kong. This company seems like a scam, as they simply redirect orders to another vendor for shipping from China, which takes one to two months. Their 100-day return policy is also misleading, as you have to cover your own shipping costs back to China, which can exceed the price of the glasses. My refund request was denied, and they refused to refund the higher costs I incurred since I found the same glasses cheaper elsewhere. Avoid this company at all costs!
I have bought several pairs of prescription glasses from the company, but their practices seem increasingly deceptive. The price match guarantee is ineffective, and they do not honor lower prices from other sites. I received misleading delivery dates for my latest order, and after two weeks of waiting, the status still shows "Prescription Lenses Processing". Despite multiple inquiries to the support team, I received no real updates. I was informed of a delay due to an "unforeseen event" without further details. My only compensation was a small discount and express shipping, even though I paid significantly more than at another vendor. I regret not canceling my order and going with the other vendor. The company should uphold its policies or provide better compensation to loyal customers.
