When we contacted the store, we were told that we should have asked about the menu language of the devices ourselves in advance before buying, and that it was not possible to return the goods. Such shirking of responsibility is not only wrong, but also against the basic principles of online commerce. Since the buyer was a legal entity, the only dispute resolution is the court. It's a pity for such a lack of time, but there is no other way out.Imagine that you bought a smartphone.
