Delivery took 56 days or 40 working days. When contacted over email gives weak excuses like: we will get parcel in the end of next week and will ship . Happened twice. One email was ignored . Had to write several times. Looking from the bright side I saved 50 euros compared to other shops.

I purchased a mouse that was shown as available, only to be informed the next day that it was “out of stock.” They then attempted to promote cheaper, clearly inferior options instead, which raised significant concerns. I reached out via both the reply address and the official email of the shop, but received no response for 4 days and still waiting. Listing items that are not actually in stock and then pushing subpar replacements is misleading advertising. After reviewing other feedback, this appears to be a recurring issue. I would recommend avoiding this shop unless you want to waste your time and chase after your own funds.

I ordered a KitchenAid mixer set with a stainless steel bowl. After about six months of use, and after washing it once in the dishwasher, the rim of the bowl started bubbling/rusting. Smartech blamed the customer, saying that the bowl should not be washed in the dishwasher, and decided to simply grind down the rim and return it — which also damaged the protective coating of the bowl even further. I contacted KitchenAid directly through their official website to ask whether the stainless steel bowl can be washed in a dishwasher, as stated in the manual, and they confirmed that yes, it can — meaning the bowl was defective. So it seems that Smartech doesn’t want to deal with customer issues and prefers to blame the customer, even though it was clearly a faulty bowl.
I orderd samsung s25 ultra. They promised me 2-4 days shipping. it has been 10 days and when i called they told me it will arrive 16 days after the original purchase. They told me that they did not make a mistake but the warehouse did. so i am still waiting.
Unreliable supplier. They put us in a very difficult situation. After 4 weeks of waiting, they wrote that they wouldn’t be able to deliver the item and canceled the order. 4 weeks of unnecessary waiting, and we still have to provide the equipment to our client, so now we’re forced to urgently search for another option.
I ordered a cable, but they sent me something completely different from what I had ordered. I sent it back to get a refund. I received a confirmation message from the parcel locker that they had picked up the package, but they keep telling me they don’t know who took it or where it is, saying things like "we'll check the cameras," etc. They ignore my emails for weeks, deliberately avoiding communication and pretending to be clueless - all to minimize interaction and make me forget about my money so I stop contacting them. It’s been 4 months, and they still haven’t refunded me. They are complete scammers who use a scheme - sends the item, receives it back from the customer, doesnt refund the money, ignores the customer and sends the item again to someone else.
