I experienced a classic bait-and-switch situation. I purchased a mouse that was shown as available, only to be informed the next day that it was “out of stock.” They then attempted to promote cheaper, clearly inferior options instead, which raised significant concerns. I responded promptly, clarifying that those alternatives did not satisfy my needs and requested a refund. I reached out via both the reply address and the official email of the shop, but received no response for 4 days and still waiting. Listing items that are not actually in stock and then pushing subpar replacements is misleading advertising. After reviewing other feedback, this appears to be a recurring issue. I would recommend avoiding this shop unless you want to waste your time and chase after your own funds.
