Completely unsatisfactory service with no assistance for our concerns. We raised issues regarding both the solar inverter and the battery, but were ignored completely. There was no follow-up even after we confirmed via email that we had done everything required, yet the issue remains unresolved. When we called for updates, the response was dismissive, and we were told they would be going on holiday the next day. We managed to reach the manufacturer of the solar inverter directly to fix that problem, but the battery is still malfunctioning, resulting in unexpected bills from our energy provider. I strongly advise against using this service.
