Highly disappointing service with no assistance for our concerns. We reported issues with both the solar inverter and the battery, but they completely ignored us. There was no follow-up despite confirming via email that we had taken the necessary steps, and the problem remains unresolved. When we called to inquire, the response was dismissive, and we were informed they would be on holiday the next day. We managed to contact the inverter manufacturer directly to resolve that issue, but the battery still isn't operational, leading to unexpected bills from our energy provider. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service entirely.
