I bought this coffee machine from smarter and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! The customer service was exceptional ad all my questions were answered promptly and I was even provided helpful tips for using the machine. As a coffee enthusiast, the convenience it adds to my morning routine is a gamechanger. It's clear they've put some thought into their products. One area of improvement though is expanding their range of accessories and replacement parts. Other than that, highly recommended and I'm looking forward to exploring their next generation of products in the future!
