She can barely use a phone. A quick search on google will tell you all you need to know about the despicable tactics this company uses to target elderly and vulnerable people. The company is Smarterbox Ltd and they also trade as Warmbox and Your Go To Services. They ignore the fact that they are calling people signed up to the Telephone Preference Service, and they don’t clearly state that “subscribers” have a right to a cooling off period - required by law for distance selling.
