my company has been a partner with this company for several years I had a problem ordering a 2nd appraisal and was frustrated with having my client pay for another appraisal and I spoke to Jennifer Rodriguez and she took it personal that I had an attitude with this issue. She was immature and referred me to her manager as she thought I was rude I had my pricessor on the line Instead of diffusing the situation becasue I did not know this was required her manager called me and told me I was going to be deactivated she said we are a people first company not valuing partners that send them business her service stinks along with the account rep Mac (Mackenzie) Elliot I know a dog by the name of Mackenzie LOL Dont recommend this company
