Incredible experience. Great product—all my color inks worked perfectly. Then my black ink wouldn’t function. Customer service had no wait time and guided me through downgrading the firmware on my printer. When that didn’t resolve the issue, they quickly sent a full free replacement and taught me how to stop my printer from auto-updating in the future. Overall, excellent service!
