Exceptional Customer Service and Reliable Ink

I consistently buy this ink because I believe it to be the best available. I have an HP 4500 and always order the XL cartridges. My last order was in July—a 2-pack of black ink. Yesterday, I attempted to install my last cartridge, but my printer had issues with it. Unfortunately, the refund/return window had closed. One reason I chose this service is their Canadian office and 24/7 support. I called and spoke with a representative who was incredibly understanding. He promptly offered to send a replacement pack, assuring me it would arrive on Wednesday. To my surprise, it arrived today—and it works perfectly! I am very thankful for the representative's amazing assistance. I highly recommend this service for all your printer cartridge needs. Thank you for the excellent support!

Incredible experience

Incredible experience. Great product—all my color inks worked perfectly. Then my black ink wouldn’t function. Customer service had no wait time and guided me through downgrading the firmware on my printer. When that didn’t resolve the issue, they quickly sent a full free replacement and taught me how to stop my printer from auto-updating in the future. Overall, excellent service!

Ink leaked during installation, affecting the electronics of my printer, my counter, floor, papers, and even my shoe. The company does not support their product. AVOID using unless you want to buy a new printer.
