Smartlease is not refunding the deposit 2000 AED for 2 months. Phone number is not answered. Whatsapp is also not entertained. Extremely poor response and while going in person, they are citing scratches UNDER the bumper which already existed. No pre-lease photos or post-lease inspection report or any repair bills or any invoice, settlements whatsoever. Scamming company. They also say only mon to fri 11am to 5pm the accounts team will work. Despite a promise to pay in 21 days on WhatsApp, they have done nothing.Now i need to file a compliment with RTA and Consumer Protection.
