My experience with Smart Match went from great to exceptional. Working with their representative was a saving grace because I ran into an issue trying to switch my carrier. Through no fault of mine my request was denied. An administrative blunder by my doctors office held up my application and had to be corrected in order to proceed. My representative was my guide as we navigated it, I was able to get it corrected, my application was approved. This was a bit of a headache but without the representative, it would have been much worse for me. I am grateful!
