I provided my credit card information to set up my payments as she requested, but I later received a notification that my card was declined, even though it was valid. When I asked her for the card details, she refused to share them. Additionally, I got an approval email for my insurance plan, but there was nothing available in the portal when I checked. When I brought this up, her response was dismissive, claiming it wasn't approved yet and that I was mistaken. I sent her the email for clarification but got a stern lecture on how the system worked instead of an explanation. Ultimately, I ended the call in frustration.
