Poor candidate experience, with an extremely unpleasant sales VP.In the process I was passed from post to post, only to meet the sales lead who had a very hostile demeanour and clearly couldn’t be bothered to be there. He demanded an impromptu cold call simulation mid way through the call to sell Smartpricing, and after ranking it he then followed it with his own, which left much to be desired. I was invited to critique his back, and when I did, he became even more hostile. Measuring a cold call against yours when you’ve been at the company for years, selling the product, is a silly way to measure and reeks of an inexperienced process. Never heard from them again (nobody in the company) but I’m really glad - all interest flew out the window. The competitive landscape is growing and smartpricings product is quite dated.
