I use Smoobu as a PMS and Smartness Smartpricing to rent out multiple holiday homes. The features are excellent. I have been able to exceed my previous results with it and am convinced that this will continue to be the case in the future. The algorithms intervene appropriately and correct prices quickly without you having to constantly worry about it. This is done on the basis of historical data, the current market situation, competitor prices and actual occupancy in the property – I am impressed. In my opinion, the onboarding process was straightforward and tailored to my needs. The support provided by the competent revenue managers is also impressive; you always learn something new!
