Absolutely horrific, morally abhorrent company. DO NOT be bullied or made to feel like the only way to get an appeal through is by going to POPLA, this is a scam. POPLA will always side with the company as long as they had signage, and as soon as you take your appeal to this step you lose any access to discount periods or further appeals with the company. You will only ever receive stupid and uninformative automated replies, I’m not even too sure if they have any employees as there is no accesible phone number for the company to be put in contact with a real human being. If you see that they own a car park, just save yourself the time and walk that extra 5mins from a different one else you’ll be sick with anxiety after dealing with them.
