Concur with all other comments. Absolute rogue company. Issued with a fine at Trowbridge Gateway Shopping Centre. Company does not say cash only on entry. My daughter tried to pay by phone and app when she realised she didn't have cash on her, neither of which were working. She left promptly when she realised she couldn't pay, then received a £60 fine. If you appeal it increases to £100. Terrible communication, make it impossible to speak with anyone. Delay after delays. DO NOT USE ANY CAR PARK THEY MANAGE EVER. ABSOLUTE CROOKS.
