The company states that customers need to get their luggage and be waiting outside which we did but then after they picked us up we had to wait twice for people who weren’t outside with their luggage. Also they messed with our dash and headlights and had them off rather than automatic which we didn’t realize (because of the bright lights in the parking lot) until we were on the congested highway and this was dangerous. Other companies we have used arche very careful about not changing the lights.
