I have now tried a 4th time after being told a 3rd time that all i now need to do is log into the portal and press complete but i cant because it says i need to verify my identity {this was completed by email over a week ago} as their portal verification service doesnt work.Ive now contacted The pensions Ombudsman as i cant carry on chatting to this company as it makes no difference.
