I’m very disappointed with my experience.It’s been almost two months since I first contacted customer service about my order #13311213, which was returned to the sender according to DHL tracking. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any proper response.I understand that delays can happen, but two months of complete silence is unacceptable.If I don't receive an update soon, I will have to escalate the issue through my bank and request a refund.I truly hoped for better communication and support from your company.
