This seller lacks transparency and has poor customer service. After a glitch on their website made me think my order didn't go through, I ended up placing two orders. When I contacted them to cancel the first order, their responses were extremely slow, and they refused my request. Both orders arrived together, which indicated they were not treated as separate. The shipping took two weeks, which wasn't clear before purchase. I was told to wait for delivery and then reach out. When I did, I learned I had to return the items to a distant location at my expense or accept a minimal refund on a larger order. I only want a full refund and for them to cover return shipping costs, yet they seem unwilling to assist. They consistently delayed addressing my issues and offered little help.
