I left a review regarding Kieran and his great customer service skills a couple of days ago, sadly my customer did not want their porcelain tiles cleaned this year, but I rang again yesterday, with regards to some decking cleaning products. I struggle with numbers and ratios and new instructions in general, completely put me at ease and I placed an order yesterday or the product and a high quality sprayer. Just had notification from APC couriers that my goods will delivered to me this morning. Five star service. To get past my anxious blocks I will be going on their products/sealing course at some point. Very impressed with customer service, promptness or order being received and vital product information. Will certainly be using these guys again
