I had a genuinely excellent experience with Smart Seal and felt it was worth sharing, especially given how well everything was handled from start to finish.
The product itself is clearly high quality and does exactly what it is designed to do when applied correctly. My patio looked fantastic after sealing, and initially I was very happy with the result. However, I did run into an issue some time later where moisture had gotten into the seal, which caused my pavers to turn white in patches. Naturally, this was quite frustrating, as it took away from the overall finish.
What really stood out to me was how the company handled the situation. As soon as I reached out to Smart Seal for support, they were responsive, professional, and clearly experienced in dealing with this kind of issue. I was particularly impressed with George Mizon, who guided me through the entire process of resolving the problem.
George was incredibly patient, courteous, and thorough in his approach.
He took the time to properly understand the issue, explained exactly what had happened in a clear and straightforward way, and then walked me step by step through how to fix it. There was no rushing, no generic responses, just genuine support and a clear willingness to help get things right.
Thanks to his guidance, I now feel confident in resolving the issue properly, and it has completely restored my confidence in both the product and the company. It is rare to find this level of aftercare and customer service, especially when something does not go perfectly the first time.
Overall, Smart Seal offers a great product backed up by outstanding customer support. Issues can happen with any product, but it is how a company deals with them that really matters, and in this case, they exceeded my expectations.

Updating this from my original 2 stars. Yes, I was really annoyed that I paid over £8 for next day delivery and that the patio was prepped in readiness for delivery. But, SmartSeal's customer service sprung into action as soon as I complained. Emails, phone calls and a refund of the next day charge. Obviously an issue with APC delivery company and not attributable to SmartSeal. Excellent service and thanks Ricky for sorting it out and keeping me so well informed
